On Agreement within 30 days from the date of Allotment : 15% of Basic Price (plus 50% of Legal Charges plus 50% of Club Membership Charges)
On Completion of Foundation : 10% of Basic Price
On 5th Floor Casting : 10% of Basic Price
On 10th Floor Casting : 10% of Basic Price
On 15th Floor Casting : 10% of Basic Price
On Top Slab Casting : 10% of Basic Price
On Brick Work of the Unit : 10% of Basic Price
On Flooring of the Unit : 10% of Basic Price
On Possession : 5% of Basic Price (plus 50% of Legal Charges and Total Charges for Facilities & Amenities)
